About Limina's Support

All our clients get a dedicated account manager, someone dedicated to run the on-boarding process and then be the primary point of contact. Account managers work closely with our clients to make sure that Captron drives the maximum value to their business at all times, including leveraging new features that we roll out continuously.

On top of the account manager, the representable for our sales team will always be around and accountable at all times for making sure expectations from the buying process are being met.

For support, we have product specialist from the industry – including former head of operations at hedge funds – that know the product inside out and have a deep understanding of our clients. Product specialists currently operate out of our HQ in Stockholm.
