Limina AB, the world’s first and only customizable cloud-native Investment Management Solution (IMS) for asset managers globally, has integrated Strata, the award-winning open-source derivatives analytics library from OpenGamma into Limina IMS, its cloud-based Investment Management System.

Based in Stockholm, Limina provides asset managers with a complete, automated front-to-middle-office system, incorporating order management, portfolio management and portfolio analytics workflows in a single solution.

OpenGamma provides derivatives margin optimization software to banks, asset managers and hedge funds, and maintains the underlying derivatives pricing and risk analytics as an open source library for all firms in the financial services industry to use at no cost.

Limina has integrated OpenGamma's Strata into its microservice architecture to handle financial foundations and cashflow modelling replacing in-house built code and accelerating time-to-market thanks to Strata's industry standard approach to modelling. OpenGamma's Strata perfectly matches Limina's vision of the power of open source with the dedication to provide seamless workflows in a customizable platform.

Ulf Svensson CEO, Limina AB - Working with OpenGamma's Strata has allowed us at Limina to accelerate time-to-market whilst being confident that we provide our clients with a product inline with the market standard. Our dedication to "API first" made it easy for us to integrate Strata into Limina. We look forward to contributing to the Strata open source library together with OpenGamma and the community.

Jon Senior CTO, OpenGamma - The widespread use of Strata as an open source library means more eyes on the code, helping to improve OpenGamma’s products as well as those of all the other financial firms that have built systems on our analytics. Limina’s integration of Strata also makes it straightforward for users of Limina IMS to integrate with OpenGamma’s hosted analytics and APIs in the future.
