Limina was founded by investment management professionals who were fed up with the status quo of systems causing inefficient operations (manual workarounds) and delivering inadequate portfolio information to portfolio managers.

Headquartered in Stockholm and founded in Sweden (well, sort of – read our founding story here!), our Swedish heritage is one that influences our culture deeply, with core values such as openness, collaboration, and humility being at the heart of everything we do.

We started our mission in 2014 with a blank canvas and a set of principles that we believe are critical for how an Investment Management System (IMS) should be built and delivered:

We believe an IMS should enable change by connecting to any 3rd party system or service provider. If you want to launch new funds or change your operating model, an open IMS should make that faster and more cost-efficient.
